Landscape Field Technician

Location: Huron, Ohio (servicing surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4-day work weeks (10-hour shifts), minimal weekend work
Pay: Based on experience, with room for growth and performance-based raises

About Turf Rehab:
Turf Rehab is a fast-growing landscaping company rooted in Huron, OH. We specialize in high-quality landscaping services — from clean-ups to lawn installations — and we’re on a mission to deliver top-tier work while building a strong, passionate team that grows with us.

What We Do (No Mowing):

  • General landscaping clean-ups
  • Mulch and river rock installations
  • New lawn installations
  • Minor hardscaping
  • Aeration & overseeding
  • Fall cleanups

Performance-Based Pay Increases:
We reward quality work and initiative. Team members who complete our in-house training and consistently demonstrate key skills will be eligible for a pay increase. This includes:

  • Installing clean, natural landscape edges
  • Trimming and shaping a variety of bushes properly
  • Mulch installation that is clean, even, and free of bare spots or excess mounding
  • Showing consistency, efficiency, and professionalism in day-to-day tasks
